Hello
everyone!
We
apologize for not updating the blog sooner!
On
the past two weeks we did many things. We finished the first group of sounds
in jolly phonics: /s/, /a/, /t/, /i/, /p/ and /n/. We worked on the jolly
phonics booklet, we played with the active board and we sang along.
We
had our first Mock Exam! We were tested on numbers, colours and school objects.
Mock exams are a tool we use to get students used to exams. They are also a
useful tool for us teachers as they give us some feedback and help us to identify
what topics need to be revised. We do not mark our mock exams with numbers and
we study for them at school. There’s no need for parents to study at home
with the kids.
We
hope you all had a Happy Easter!
BYE BYE!
P.S.:
This week is special as we are going to start working with “Fat cat on a mat”
so please make sure the book is at school.
